Our four stage cleaning process consists of a pre clean to help break down dirt on your heavy traffic areas and lighter staining, followed by a shampoo steam clean, deodorisation and sanitization and attempted stain removal. Some stubborn stains may need some extra TLC and solutions before they can be extracted for example waterproof mascara and other makeups or the dreaded slime kids love. This also includes stains that have been present a while. Not all stains and marks can be removed, although our technicians will always do their best and explain to you the process of the attempted stain removal. This means on the odd occasion we may have to charge extra if repeated applications are required, we will always discuss this with you prior to commencing any work.
We also offer Scotch Guard that is a protection spray for your carpets to ensure that spills are easy to clean and minimising the risk of permanent staining.

Fumigations for carpet moth, beetle and fleas, Our technicians are fully trained to look out for these when assessing your property and will advise you on the best course of action if we find anything. These services will be charged at an extra cost.
