Here at ALOE we love supporting Dorset's tourism. We work with all sectors of the tourism from hotels to guest houses, private homes to Airbnb properties. Our goal is to make sure that we leave your property as if no one had ever been there, ensuring we meet a hotel standard of cleaning on every single visit and your visitors are welcomed with a clean home on arrival.

ALOE offer more than your standard cleaning service. Our cleaning team are trained to a high standard and all properties are checked before being signed off. Other than regular cleaning and deep cleaning we also offer the following services;

Laundry Service - We can arrange for your linen to be cleaned, ironed and folded before being sent where you need it to go. It can also be left in our storage, ready for the next changeover. Our cleaning team are also provided with professional micro splitters to remove stains before they get laundered and all stubborn stains are reported an every effort is made to remove them. We also only use eco friendly, non bio cleaning solutions and eco friendly scents to make sure your guests have the best nights sleep.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning - We have teamed up with Mike Bourne Carpet Cleaning to provide regular deep cleans for your holiday lets carpets and upholstery. We advice for carpets to be cleaned every 6 to 8 months. Mike is also on hand for emergencies and is full of helpful information.

Window Cleaning - While we can clean inside windows we are not covered to clean outside. We have great connections throughout Dorset to professional window cleaning companies and can arrange regular window cleaning for you.

Holiday Let Cleans
We can work alongside you and your team or we can take the reigns and help manage your holiday let. We tailor a cleaning plan for your needs and budget and will provide you with a well equipped, professional cleaning team.
Normal changeover clean; This takes place on the day of departure, preparing the property for the next guests. All kitchen utensils and appliances are cleaned and sanitised, windows and blinds are left clean, bathrooms are deep cleaned and all properties have a final checklist to make sure nothing is missed.

Mid booking refresh or change of laundry; If you have guests staying for a longer period, we can arrange to clean during their stay and change the linen if required.

Vacant Holiday Home refresh; When a property has been vacant for some time, we can visit prior to an arrival to check that everything is in order and clean or refresh where required – timing to be agreed in advance.
Deep cleans; We suggest a deep clean prior to the beginning of the season to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned, aired and checked in readiness for the first guests arrival. We also advice deep cleaning every month or so during busy periods.

Covid Secure; All our team members are provided with full PPE and are trained in infection control and correct cleaning procedures As a nice touch, we like to leave your guests a pack of 10 disposable facemasks, some hand sanitiser and some anti bacterial wipes. This package can be purchased from us at a cost of £5.50.

Guest Hampers; Guest hampers include a bottle of wine, some milk, coffee, tea bags, sugar and a small snack or fruit if you wish.

Our team will replenish your holiday let with clean towels and bedding. We will work to your requirements and clean and iron laundry if you need us too..
Kitchens & Bathrooms
Our team pay special attention to kitchens and bathrooms. All limescale, dust, soap scum, food etc will be removed before all areas are sanitised.
If a client accidentally spills wine or food on your carpets or upholstery we will be available to clean up the mess as soon as.
Regular Updates
Our team will provide you with photos as an when you require. We will keep in regular contact through email and phone calls when we cant meet you face to face.
Communication
If any major issue arises our team will contact you immediately. Our team can also liaise with your clients during their stay to relive any stress.
Replenishing Products
We will make sure all condiments and products you provide will be kept well stocked. Our team will make sure their is adequate hand soap, loo roll, hand sanitiser, disinfectant and anything else you or your guests require.
Attention to Detail
No area will be left untouched. Our team pay close attention to mirrors, glass taps etc and make sure everything is left shiny and sanitised and a final check is made before the property is signed off.
Hotel Clean Each Time
We understand the importance of a clean holiday let so our team provide a 5 star hotel clean at each visit. This means beds are pulled out, mattresses are turned, and all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
Keyholding
Our leading members of staff will keep your keys safe and are fully insured to keep your peace of mind. All key code information is kept safe in a locked filing cabinet and are not stored on any tech devises. We adhere to all data protection regs.
