Here at ALOE Cleaning we train our staff to a high standard and introduce you to your perfect cleaner to suit your needs. We are a family run cleaning business based in Bournemouth, Dorset and cover all of Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimbourne, Ringwood, New Forest and surround areas. With over 30 years combined cleaning experience in both the domestic and commercial sectors, we provide a first class cleaning service, providing a highly trained and professional cleaning team for your property at affordable prices. Not only do we specialise in home cleaning and commercial cleaning we also have our dedicated flooring team that supplies carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as hard floor maintenance to clients throughout Dorset and Hampshire.

ALOE's team are proud to say we care for our cleaners as much as we do for our customers. We truly believe treating everybody with respect, and we also ensure cleaners receive a fair wage, currently set at £9.50 per hour, after training.

Founded back in 2014 by Kerry, BH Eco Ninjas was born offering domestic clients the choice of essential oils blended cleaning products (find out more about these here). Kerry needed flexible working hours as she cared for her grandfather at home, who suffered from Alzheimer's. She had worked for various cleaning companies whilst studying at university and worked in a variety of offices, doctors surgeries, fire stations and other commercial properties. Being a carer, and a single mum to two young girls, Kerry worked part time, riding her bike around town.
As time went on, children grew up, clients referred others and Kerry's grandad had extra care Kerry took the world on and grew the cleaning business. Kerry met Mike in 2017, who is now ALOE's carpet and floor technician, more on him in a while. Growing out of the ninja theme, and gramps needing more care, Kerry teamed up with her cousin Vicky to create Pure Cleaning Solutions LTD. Vicky undertook more cleaning roles while Kerry helped her grandad and worked part time.

Gramps passed, at home, August 2020, leaving behind his two children, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Kerry's eldest child is now studying at Brockenhurst College and her youngest is now studying for her GCSE's. This has freed up a lot of time for her so she has begun putting all her efforts into making ALOE one of the most helpful cleaning companies in Dorset.

Kerry also makes a range of amazing eco friendly cleaning and scented products. These have been developed over years as she suffers from asthma and has certain allergies to chemicals. Because of this ALOE use a variety of everyday items to clean with. This includes lemons, they are acidic so work brilliantly at removing limescale. Essential oils are also used to fragrance homes and she often leave little gifts for clients, such as her beautiful scented sachets and sweet smelling fridge deodorisers,
Mike, Kerry's partner, has had many years experience cleaning carpets and upholstery as well as scrubbing and maintaining flooring. He has years experience working as an area manager for a large cleaning company. He has had all the relevant carpet and upholstery cleaning training and his company Mike Bourne Carpet Cleaning has amazing 5 star reviews.

The two, plus a team of amazing assistants, work together to create a professional and knowledgeable team with over 30 year combined cleaning experience. ALOE wouldn't be what it is without it's amazing staff. All staff are treated with respect and paid a living wage, after one month of rigorous training.
